Did you even try Google? it seems to have an abundance of drivers for that camera.
PS. PC software to connect and use hardware is called a "driver"

its true that normally you don't need to download the driver, however when it does pop up, i'd say go here http://members.driverguide.com/driver/detail.php?driverid=87522 and just download the zip file for the drivers.
