this "bringing you back to your own homepage" thing happens to me occasionaly. I would try, restarting the computer. If that doesn't work, wait a little while, it usually fixes itself, and seems to be more of a problem with FB that with what you are doing. If it continues, email the support staff at FB and explain the problem.

Try to change the wireless password or security key. You can also try to disable it then try to reconnect.
