Question about Keurig B100 Coffee Maker
Hi, a piece of my 'K-cup Holder' (Part 'E' on the diagram in the user manual) broke off and I'm looking for a replacement. I checked the Keurrig web site and several other places, but have had no luck.
For background information, the K-cup Holder is a removable plastic part that holds the K-cup in the brewer. It has a hollow "needle" in the bottom that punctures the K-cup when the handle is closed and then allows the how water to exit the K-cup. The part that broke on mine is this crucial 'needle'. Anyway, since this is a removable part, I was hoping I could find a replacement.
I emailed customer service (link on the Keurig website) and they got back to me in less than 24 hours. If you give them the serial number on the bottom of the brewer they will mail you a new K-cup holder!!

Try e-bay. There are currently (5/3/2010) at least 2 being offered for sale.

The handle to our B60 keeps sticking when someone tries to put in a new K-Cup or take out an old one. It seems that the whole base of the handle that you lift up and also stores the K-cups keeps shifting when you pull up on the handle. Any Solutions.
