Personally I would check with one of the many places where people drop off thier old appliances first.(cheapest solution)
Then I would try an appliance repair shop. (second cheapest)
If they don't have the right size of glass you could try contacting the manufacturer.(probably the most expensive solution)

You could try soaking them in hot water and see if the warming of the glass will allow some water to seep between the shelves, thus separating them.
