I currently own an RCA 70013665 with a wireless 80021589. I just moved these from my business office to my home office due to pending retirement. This phone has been running on batteries because the Egston 13v1.84A power plug, when plugged in gives me a reading that says the phone is receiving NO AC power. Everytime I change all my setting and change my batteries I lose all my settins. This Model 25423/24 should meet all my needs but did I get my power cords mixed up? I do not have any parts left over so if I have the wrong power cord please tell my what I need so that I can use your product effectively and efficiently. Does the 6.0 wireless receiver be replaced because it has also stopped comminicating with my wireless phone. That wireless phone shows the battery half charged after two days but I cannot even make a phone call from it. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
