I inadvertently ordered 2 items when I only wanted 1, Two lots of money has been withdrawn from my account. How do I return unwanted item?

i would recommend using a credit card that way it is easier to obtain a refund through your bank than it would be via paypal. Be very careful using paypal i have had them rip my off charging my credit card and i am not even a member!! At least it was very easy to get my money back and my bank suggested i get a direct debit credit card and have a zero balance only putting funds into that card when i want to make a purchase. Desputing funds through the bank is a simple and relatively quick process but paypal a gamble indeed. Hope i helped.

As long as the item is within 30 days based on the date of purchase, then you should have no problem returning this to Amazon. All you have to do is to go to their Return Center and fill out the information.

On my Kindle you go to the Home screen, press the left arrow on the 5 way controller, and select Remove from Device.
