Question about Dyson Vacuums
I receive emails like that a lot. Mostly it is not a promise to provide a Dyson but an invitation to enter a competition that might result in being selected to test a Dyson or something.
Like you I had hopes but soon found it a tedious treadmill. The offer you received might be genuine but I advise you not to hope too much...

Yes! Go to www.dyson.com/support. Click on "using your dyson", then (next window) on "select your model", then (next window) on "select your model" again, then (next window) on "DC user guide". And there you are, you've got a copy of the user manual.
Please remember to rate this response. Thanks!

believe it or not i would use a long paint brush with a opened bin linner,, to collect all the dust,,,
you can wash your blue filter in plain water and leave to dry as u would pots n pans on the side,,
when u have cleaned the area around the cyclone.. close your eyes and blow into the cyclone.. then use another large hoover to remove access dust and rubbish that was in the cyclone,
hope this helps reguards lee.

It probably sucked something big up in it and it is stuck. Get a flashlight and turn the vacuum upside down and look and see if you can see anything you can chat with me and I can walk you through it

Testimonial: "found a rock "
Hi there, It is a bit difficult to describe how to change the motor for a Dyson DC08 so I have made a video. I think it shows how it's done pretty clearly if you like the video leave me a thumbs up or a comment. If you realise while watching that you need parts for your dyson I would recommend you check out Nelson Vacuums or Vacuumspot.
