Question about Garmin StreetPilot C320 (010-00401-00) GPS Receiver
My daughter dented the touchscreen and now the touchscreen does not respond at all. Is there any solution to this problem? Are there replacement screen available?
You could try resetting the device by:
1. Place your thumb nail in the groove located under the Garmin logo on the face plate.
2. Gently pull off the faceplate.
3. Press the reset button
4. Turn the unit back on
If that still doesn't take care of it then you can try to contact Garmin to see if they have a replacement touch screen or if they can repair it, but the product is discontinued.
