You can connect the inno via the home doc and the provided cable in the home kit. You may have to connect to an unused component on the receiveer (VCR comes to mind)...You move the VCR source on your receiver and you should be good to go.. I have a Pioneer Elite receiver but Pioneer makes no cable to connect those two matter... I wanted to control the Inno from outside the receiver's controls..

Bought a Pioneer SX580 receiver, everything lights up but can't get any sound

Do you know for sure that it works okay? i.e. did you hear it playing through speakers before you parted with your cash?

Have you checked for buttons that switch the speakers on/off (Speakers A/B A+B) or a manual mute button?

Can I hook two 12in. Subs up with a 1100w amp. Sony explode, pioneer subs

Yes....hook one up to the left channel and one up to the right.....once everything is wired up.....keep gain down on amp and turn stereo on.....turn up stereo with amp gain down to right before high end speakers start to distort......then while its playing, turn amp gain up about 1/2 way. close your trunk and hop in drivers seat....sound gd????? You might have to adjust level on amp and bass on head unit to taste.....Be careful subs are only rated around 300 watts continuous.....dont want to blow luck....

You have to isolate yellow-black cabel. This cabel was in contact with earth and it was the reason, why you have Mute on the display.

Pioneer inno radio-doesn't work in car

When its in the car dock, the Inno sends an FM signal to the car radio. It does not receive a signal from the car radio. You must have the external antenna correctly installed outside the vehicle for the Inno to work. The built in antenna is disabled when the device is placed in the car dock. Make sure to test it outside, since garages or car ports will block the signal.

Unable to hook my Panasonic inno to my car stereo

Not sure if this will help but I noticed that the modulator won't show up if you have your head phones, ear buds, cassette adapter etc. hooked up. Unplug any line out and see if it helps.
