Try unplugging it and when you plug it back in hopefully it will open.the latch assy. is stuck,i don't know what model you have,if you look above the door through the grill slots can you see the latch assy. if so unplug the stove or flip the breaker with a screw driver see if you can move the latch or if you have a long skinny screw driver or anything that you can push on the latch with see if you can lift up on the latch to see if it will free up and when you plug it back in it will unlock,if you try to free the latch in the door and are not sticking anything through the slots you can leave the power on,you can try lifting up on the door or wiggle the door, all you're trying to do is get that latch to free up so it will move and don't self clean it again if you get it open, self cleaning can cause damage to the electronics on an oven and i would never use it.good luck

The manual is located at the back of your oven. If your oven is against a wall, pull it back, not too far, and you will see a manual taped to the back of it. From there, it will provide you with answers some employers won't know. If it's not there, sorry, you're outta luck!

F5 fault codes are latch mechanism problems. One means the latch won't lock, the other means the latch won't unlock. Odd you're getting both...

For some reason I get the same error code every time we have a power outage. If you push and hold the "lower off" button for about ten or 15 seconds it will unlock and reset. Hope this helps.
SOURCE: E1 F5 Error on Whirlpool Accubake Oven
The lock latch is located directly in the center upper portion of the door. It is a hook shaped latch that lock by turning downward. This lock gets stuck in this position which causes the e1 f5 error code. Locate the latch through the vent holes in the upper front of the oven door. Insert flat headed srew driver into vent hole and gently push latch up to a horizontal position & simply open door. Once unlocked, push cancel on the control panel. This will clear the error code and resolve the issue.
SOURCE: e1 and f5 error
The E1- F5 error is a door lock error.
The control (TIMER) has likely failed in this instance - BUT...
Sometimes when you disconnect power to a range and reconnect it the electronic range control gets confused.
You should disconnect power again for 15 seconds and reconnect and see if that helps.
If it doesn't cure the E1- F5 error hold the bake button in until E0- F2 appears in the display.
This is the error for a stuck button on the keypad and is the way to clear the memory of the electronic range control.
Sometimes these work, but if the control has failed it won't make any difference.
