Question about iLO MP3 Player
I've got a 4 GB Mp4. I erased all the files I had so I could put new music in it. When I try downloading stuff in to it, it says that it's completely full. How can it be full if I erased all the files?? Are the files still there but invisible??
Yeah there is quite often a hidden folder called trash, or trash/501 or something similar. I think its just a precaution to stop you deleting an importnat song or file by accident
To access this folder you need to double click your player in the my computer section of explorer, this will give you a folder view of your player , as I said earlier look through the folders for a trash folder of something similar
sometimes its greyed you but you can still click it, it may help from the my computer screen to go to Tools>Folder Options>Click the view tab then click by Show hidden files and folders

It's a virus block you from downloading some files to your MP4.
Or also check the USB connector be connected properly in your PC, sometimes it does.
And last reformat your MP4 with its own program freeware to completely erased such any hidden files that block from you in downloading files.
