My Sims how do you save money and belongings for My Sims game?

Ok, not really sure if this will help.
Right mouse click the Sims 3 icon and choose properties at the bottom. Then choose the Compatibility tab and at the bottom, check the button: Run this program as Administrator.

A quick walk around for this is to while in game alt + tab and head to \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Saves and cut and place them into a backup folder in your my documents. once they are all gone from the sims saves folder head back into the game and hit save

One of the biggest problems is that you are running it on Vista. The Sims Complete Collection was not developed with Vista in mind so there will be compatibility issues. One thing that you can try to fix this is right click it and click run as administrator. The reason why i say to do this is because one of the big things that vista tried to stop was viruses destroying your operating system by editing files without permission. By running as administrator, you override these rules. Programs cannot start themselves as administrator. This should clear any problems right up.

Unless that game has a cheat entering menu, you will need an Action Replay DS to get any cheats. Now if your Action Replay, doesn't have any cheats for that game, try updating it. Now, on the other hand, if the game does have a cheat menu, look up cheats on the internet. You will see a website that I always got to for cheats at the bottom.

Your can copy the saved game file in the saved games folder of SIMS to another location so your kid need not repeat her game. Then just re-install the SIMS application and copy back the saved game file to the saved game folder of SIMS.

It can be the game installation corrupted, does not look like video adapter problem.
Backup all the files from the game, so that you can recover all old savings, then proceed reinstalling the game, if asked chose to keep saved files.
Do a backup first.

Your registery file is deleted you will have to reinstall the game.Copy your saved games to a folder.First uninstall and then then install the game again.And copy the saved games to the directory from where you copied the saved games.
