Question about Canon i-SENSYS MF4140 All-In-One Laser Printer
We tried replacing with a new cartridge, turning, power off, unplugging, removing paper...any more suggestions?
I think it is firmware problem.I only found firmware update tool for MF 4150.I am not sure this is also for 4690 but i think i do this before for this machine and it works.So you can try it.It can also be a problem with cartridge contacts so yuu can try to check it.
