Motorola L7c synchronisation problem.

Recently I purchased motorola slvr L7c. I installed pc suite on desk top. At time of synchronization it says "over the air""or installing back up, and synchronisation does not start.I have checked the setting.blue tooth and infrared is disabled,even then it will not synchronise. pl.help

- I found out that motorola provides with basic programme on CD provided with data cable and it does not work as such.Once you ugrade it from the net then it works fine.Biochemistry

if u r using it for net connection then just go to the operator and save the settings that they give u ..u can also get the same by callinf the customer care nos. in case u want to download something and not amle to synchronise just chek ur data-cable and if not solved just go to a nearby moto store they will do tat..
