Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
I was using my phone normally. i left it charging and in the morning it was off and could not turn on. i have tried to put it on but it havent worked
Usually, with my HTC Touch Pro when this happens, I just remove the battery for a minute then put it back in and turn it on and it works.
In your case, if I recall correctly, iphones have the battery virtually sealed into the phone and Apple would need to pull it out and replace it for you. That is, if you don't want to void your warranty/insurance.
Honestly, I would contact Apple for support with this issue.
I hope this helps :)
