Question about Cell Phones
My son bought an LG Dare within the last couple of months - no warranty. It was working wonderfully and taken great care of, but it fell out of his pocket two days ago. It immediately stopped working. No screen (dark grey), no icons, nothing. It powers on and vibrates but that is it! Anything anyone can say to help! What a flimsy phone if that's all it takes to ruin it!
1) Try removing the battery
2) wait 60 seconds
3) reinsert and power on
4) if problem is not resolved you need to get it in for warranty replacement.
If you are on verizon, you can walkin to any verizon store with a tech support dept and they may be able to exchange it onsite.
Hope this helps.
