Even though my iPhone app will unlock the door using Siri I cannot access the Lock information to add a new code or look at existing codes or access the history. Also in the app it says that it is connected to the lock and I have not t reached the maximum number of codes.
Where did you buy the fone. Most reps will assist you, or point you in the correct direction for the answer. Never spoke to SIRI in my life, so sorry. Manual, MANUAL!!! Study it in a quiet room, & master it. Is the company for the locking device a local company? Or all in the I Phone? Seek them out.

I assume your music is stored safely in iTunes on your computer? If so, just do a Restore on the iPod through iTunes to reset your iPod to the factory defaults. You will have to copy your music back, but the lock will be removed.
If your music is not saved on a computer, use software such as ephPod to get the music off - then do a Restore. (see: http://www.engadget.com/2004/11/02/how-to-get-music-off-your-ipod/)
Good luck.

Unlocking iPod
You can unlock iPod in one of two ways:
