Can I use my RCA Galileo Pro eleven and a half inch screen laptop while it is plugged in and charging?

I would just keep one end of your charger plugged into your main device and the other end close to the device. Then, when you need to charge, you can simply plug the adapter end of the charger into a socket. Thank you.
