Check your leads to the monitor are inserted correctly also check your graphics card is inserted properly in its slot , if it still doesn't work it's probably a broken hard drive or graphics card ,try a replacement hard drive and graphics card.

Monitor will go to sleep on it's own and will not come back until re-boot. This is a w2400h

this could be a problem with leads motherboard to hard drive make sure they are securely seated and are not faulty even something as small as a faulty fan and the fans electrical lead and any electrical extensions can cause this problem
hope this helps

My screen is black with no picture

If you turn on the computer and the lights come on and the fans start but you see no picture, try turning up your volume to listen for the windows startup sound. If you hear the windows startup sound it is likely your video card or the monitor on the laptop. If you hear no sound the power could be faulty or the computer could be completely fried. Computer locked up had to turn off with power button

To narrow down on the issue, try connecting some external monitor to the system and see if it works.
If above doesn't work then the fault is with the motherboard, else the screen is faulty.
Either of the two motherboard or monitor is faulty. Try contacting the service station or vendor.

Turns on fan runs but no info to the monitor doesnt seem to boot

If the Monitor is displaying no infomation at all, your display signal from the PC to the monitor has failed.
1: Check the cable between the monitor and PC
2: If you are using onboard graphics then that display port is faulty.
3: If you are using a graphics card then remove it and try the onboard graphics.
4: Your monitor maybe faulty aswell so test it on another computer to be safe.

Its more likely to be option 2

Computer bots up-yellow light on Mobo on-all fans power all seems normal,BUT i have a Nivida 8800GT with 2 22 gateway Hd moniters useing HDMI cords and it has run without issue..got a blue warning sign...

"no signal" means computer not comunicating with monitor. Either a graphics card, or driver issue. I would have to know what mother board and power supply you are using. Even though your graphics card supports the use of two monitors, you may not ahve enough power to support it, either by means of your power supply not havning enough wattage, or *********** board may be burned out. Try unplugging one monitor at a time, and then try, one at a time, using each monitor alone in each of the HDMI slots, and see if you can run alone. Pay special attention to the bios POST (power on self test) and see if it gives any indicaiton of motherboard status. If you are saying you got a BSOD (blue screen of death) ...you should have a long error message to post that has a filename. It helps if you know what crashed it. Take that filename, and google it on another computer, and see what probable causes of it are.

The pc has a roaming sound while it is on

Do you mean roaring sound? One of fans is going bad. It can be in the power supply (replace power supply), the CPU fan or the case fans. Take the case side off and try to get as close as you can to listen where the sound is coming from. These fans are very necessary and must be replaced if found to be faulty.

Black screen not booting

check both your power and video connections to the monitor, sounds more like a monitor power issue.
if the connections appear ok, but screen still blank, try connecting a known good working monitor from somewhere else and see if it works with your pc, if it does, your original monitor is faulty, if it doesn't, you have a pc video issue.
