try to open gmail in ur laptop check if it works fine then there is no problem in ur account if it wont open then u can request forgot password otherwise u need to hard format ur samsung phone n try once again hope this will help u

On the Palm, if you go to the Prefs on your Palm and then Security it should have an area for your Password.
What you want to do is get it to say- undo/forgot password/unassign.
It may already show there, but if you try entering the password a few times it should show up.
Click the unassign and it will ask you if you want to. It will also warn you about losing personal information, but this is only information (personal) that you would have designated to be locked, which no one does.
