My hp laserjet 3330 is giving me an error mesage of doc feeder jam. What shuold I do?

-   I have HP Laser Jet printer M 2727 nf, it says Doc Feeder Jam, even though i replaced the whole upper part with a new one, it again says Doc feeder jam, i fed Up with this machine.

could any one please solve this problem, As said on the back part on ADF door the small black thing is moving freely.-   dreamsportst

if you open the cover where you feed in the documents to be copied, look on the back side of that cover and you should see a little black plastic piece that dangles from the cover. Make sure first of all that is is there, and it moves freely. This makes contact with a sensor when the cover is closed. And of course make sure the cover is closed tightly.
