Question about Televison & Video
The problem that your tv set is having is coming from the power supply board either
the board it self is defective( most common problem when the tv set is acting this way) and has to be replaced or the components on the power supply board are bad like a shorted capacitor or a shorted diode can cause this kinds of problems. What i would recommend is to contact customer service and let them know about the problem,,let them know maybe they can help you out with the cost to repair the tv set, also they should have the power supply board for your tv set. Moreover if you decide to take it to the nearest tv repair shop depending on the tv repair it should not be more than 300 dollars to get your tv set up and running, but this all depends on the tv repair shop.
