SOURCE: Remote control switch destroyed

If you get an universal remote, you won't have all functions to control the TV. Moreover, the codes for many audiovox model are often not reported on universal remote manuals , therefore you may need to use autodetect feature on universal remote.

The best choice is buying a replacement original remote like the ones below:

New Original TruTech PLV31199S1 Remote Control

$39.95 -

New Original Trutech PLV31199S1 Remote Control $39.95

SOURCE: My dog destroys every toy I give him within minutes,

I found that my dog would devour any toy that was plastic and leave me the mess to clear up. I moved to rubber toys and after some cohesion she would begin to play with them. She didn't like the rubber toys in the beginning and I suspect that it had something to do with the smell and taste of them.

SOURCE: my dog is an aggressive chewer and destroys all the toys we buy

Several claim to be indestructible, but my dog finished them in a day. The bottom line is that dog's chew out of boredom or anxiety. Exercise your dog more rigorously and/or more often, and you should see improvement. If your dog can't hold his/her eyes opened from exhaustion; happy, healthy, and can't chew.

Also, try a horse toy from Tractor Supply or another farm supply chain. They are heavy, durable, and hard to get your mouth around; my GSD loves them. Good Luck!!

TIPS ON BUYING DURABLE AND SAFE TOYS FOR YOUR DOG

There are hundreds of varieties of dog toys available for purchase and although many of them look cute and fun, they may not be safe for your dog. I am going to give you a few tips that will help ensure your dogs safety in regards to the types of toys you buy for him/her.

First and foremost, choose toys made for dogs. Sometimes people are drawn to toys sold for cats, hamsters or even children. These may be harmful to your dog. Make sure to buy pet specific toys from a well-known manufacturer of dog toys.

Look for toys made from either hard rubber or nylon. These materials are very safe for your dog and double as great teething tools. Here are a few examples of well manufactured dog toys -

Consider the size of your dog in regards to the size of the toy. Large dogs should not be given small toys. Your dog could accidentally swallow it and choke.

Some of the things to avoid when selecting a dog toy are: ribbons, bells or pieces of plastic. These small embellishments are often the first thing your dog will try to remove and will most likely ingest.

My daughter received a plush ubipetz dog toy, and a petz nursery 2 Nintendo DS game for her birthday. The plush toy comes with a scratch off code that she is supposed to enter on the petz.com website to...

This is just a logical guess: I think the game you speak of was released 7 years ago. It is likely that password promotion no longer exists. While there is nothing wrong with the DS, it is also a system that is no longer supported. Any bonuses etc that you might find related to the system and games will most likely no longer apply.

In regards to pet grooming, what does the term puppy cut refer to?

When someone tells a groomer they want to give their dog a puppy cut they mean that they want their dog to look like it did when it was a puppy.

Are plush toys safe to give to your dog?

Dogs love stuffed animals to play with; the problem is that they tend to rip them to shreds. If you do want to give your pet a stuffed animal you should ensure that they are particularly made for dogs. This gives you the peace of mind that the toy will be durable and that it contains no small parts that can be ingested.
