Can't connect to Netflix..get message trouble accessing internet what do I need to do?

this is all i could find out.
Turn off or unplug your Blu-ray player. Unplug your modem (and your wireless router, if it's a separate device) from power for 30 seconds. Plug in your modem and wait until no new indicator lights are blinking on.

you may have to get the router and netflix to talk to each other either using and appropriate driver or ip address
talk with netflix to see how it is done

We need ore information. Does the new modem you are now using have a built in "router"? If not, you had better reinstall your old router as when you just use a plain old modem from either cable or dsl your computer will be visible to the "low life hackers" out in the internet and it will be so easy to gain access to your computer and files it will and should scare you! Are you now using a router with your new modem? IF NOT, reinstall your old router with your new modem! The reason your not getting Netflix could be that the port settings on your old router will not be the same as the modem and if your new modem does have a built in router, you will need to "reconfigure" your Netflix with the new modem/router. The ports that your old router allowed access to Netflix will not be the same in the new router. You need to set this up yourself. Good luck.

You need high speed internet. The other possibility is your router is blocking the signal.

If you did what was suggested and that did not work, contact Customer Service at Netflix.

There are several reasons you can't get on to Netflix. First, are you connected to the internet? Netflix requires access. Second, do you have an account with Netflix? They will give you 1 free month trial, then for streaming is $8.99 per month. With these areas covered, you should be able to connect.
