Question about Minolta magicolor 2200 DeskLaser Printer
It worked fine until I tried printing on photo paper in the upper bin. Then I realized that the upper bin did not take in paper -- I didn't know as I have never used the manual feed tray. I changed the settings in the printer to manual feed for this purpose. Once I realized that it did not work, funny because I bought the printer new and never used it, I set the setting back to multipurpose bin, restarted both computer and printer trying to clear out whatever makes it think that I want the manual feed bin, but no luck. Any ideas? My email is firstname.lastname@example.org
How old is your machine? check if the printer supports that thickness. if so check the setting of the printer if it match with your actual paper. if your printer is older and your place is dusty try to clean the rollers under/inside the paper tray.
i hope this will help.
