They have to be sent to you from the service provider. Try to contact the costumer care, save them and there you go

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My Nokia 5800 will not send an mms or connect to the internet it says invalid access point. I got the settings sent again from o2 but they have not made a difference.

Hello,

First go to setting- -> connectivity --> destinations and delete all the access points, wap point, multimedia and uncategorised access points and ask O2 to resend the settings and save it. It will work.

Hope this helped.

which company sim card you are using? contact customer care and tell them to send the internet settings to your mobile. after you receive the settings then save it. and then you can use internet on your mobile.

Hey i had the same problem and found out how to fix it. If it sais "Invalid Multimedia settings. Check settings" then you have to follow these steps:
1. Go to message settings under messages at the main menu
2. Click Text messages
3. Go to Message center in use and select SMS settings

This is how i fixed my problem which was the same as alyluvsskitt's
