WHAT DO I NEED TO APPLY FOR CHILD SUPPORT FROM TWO DIFFERENT FATHERS

I can see where you could possibly get child support for the child's biological father but unless the 2nd father adopted the child...I don't see how you plan on getting it from both.
Provide birth certificate
Adoption certificate
addresses to both men
and probably a very good attorney.

One of the characters in my book has an abusive father. I don't know much about abuse so it's not easy to write. Ideas please.?

there are many types of abuse

i personally had an abusive father. if you want to know what its like there are tons of places where you can reasearch it. also any book dealing with things as that should have trigger warnings and hopefully a help hotline

from personal experience and experiences of people i know i can try to tough on this.

physical: imagine everytime someone raises their hand you flinch in fear because youre used to expect a blow to the face or body. its a lot of hiding and sneaking around when it comes to why you were late or absent from school. how you got those bruises. a lot of makeup use and clothes you can hide in. its a lot of begging and pleading and living with a fear you didnt even know was possible. it hurts you emotionally because its your parent. theyre much stronger. you feel hated. my father was an alcoholic so it was bottles kicked and thrown. pushing, hair pulling, the smell of alcohol, punches, smacks, being hurt with objects. some people have their children kneel on grits.

emotional: anything to belittle the person. insults. accusations. pure neglect.

this is a very dark topic and i suggest you research it so you know more. and about the signs

Why is Planned Parenthood protects abusers

Planned parenthood was created by Eugenecists to keep population down. It should be up to you as to what you can afford or not. I always advise some additional education past high school so that you will have the income to bring up a child. A business school or tech school is good for creating ample monies prior to raising a child. Pell grants are free money and can fund a majority of extra schooling.

I have not seen my dad since I was 11 years old I am 21 years old I think it is because of epilespy.

Dear Thomas Andrew Wade,

You\'re taking life too seriously, and you\'re taking life MUCH too personally. The fact that you have not seen your father in a decade or so actually has nothing to "do" with you: it is his pain - and it exceeds yours ten-fold, I promise you.

There is a way of looking at life dispassionately that you must cultivate in order to come to personal resolution with this. Personal resolution is possible, but you must first understand that the entire situation is 99.99% likely not about you at all.

I am able to see your situation completely dispassionately, Thomas, and I may be an anonymous stranger - or I may well even BE your father - but I can totally, completely and without reservation guarantee you that it is not "your fault" as you wonder.

"Splitting the sheets" with your mother was likely the most devastating thing that every happened to your father - before OR since.

Even if your mother claims "he just walked out of our lives", or if she pushed him away, it came about because of an incredible amount of pain to both of them. There was a cost to both of them that is simply incalculable for you to comprehend, especially at this point in your young life.

Neither your mother or your father are going to share that pain with you: they - both - have left you to develop your own, personal private hell about it, and trust me: it ain\'t nuthin" like theirs. You are actually getting off easy, kiddo.

(Thomas, you are posting this to a website that normally deals with "How-To" ideas for broken cars, computers, refrigerators, and the like. I really like that about you: You are saying to the world/asking "Fix THIS, you BAS*ARDS!!!". There is no established category for broken lives on FixYa.com, but it is a good one for the site operators to contemplate.

Don\'t get too carried away here, Thomas - just "simmer down" and don\'t do anything rash. If your distresses are too extreme, go to an Emergency Room at the local hospital and they will line you up with immediate assistance, I promise)

That having been said, I applaud your just throwing the problem out into the universe for an answer, and seeing what electrons might stick to the monitor screen.

Now that you are old enough to drink legally, try alcohol and see if that doesn\'t mitigate your pain. If not that, psychological therapy can be a wonderful adjunct to the self-abuse you are now using to try and "fixya".

The chances of you marrying, divorcing and abandoning your own child now stand in the high eighty to ninety percentile, unless you resolve this issue.

Oh - I forgot to add this; ONLY YOU can fix this.

Good news is: YOU can fix this, I promise.

PS - Mom can\'t help you. She hasn\'t been able to in the past, she can\'t do it in the future, Save both of you that pain and don\'t even ask her. Don\'t blame her, don\'t blame your father, and don\'t blame yourself. As you get older, you will understand there is no blame for this situation, no matter the cause.

Oh, and "try these on for size", Thomas - this article was published yesterday:

Good Luck, Kiddo.

Ipod sync

hi,

unfortunately not,

but a useful suggestion could be backuping your personal files to a folder on your hard disk and before plugging your ipod on the pc just copy paste the files from the folder of your hard disk to the itunes,
afterwards plug the ipod on your pc and is ready,

Simplier, make seperate folders on your hard disk.
Whatevers you want to be on the ipod put it on your own folder.
In this way your files will be safe from making the mistake to synch with your daugther's files. Your files will always be on your hard disk and you will always have the opportunity to put them back on ipod by copy-pasting them to itunes.
The itunes programme will be just a way to transfer your folder's file on your ipod.

Example:

"daughter's folder"

If your daughter wants to plug her ipod just erase unwanted (father's files) files from itunes, and copy paste her folder (which stays on the hard disk) on the itunes. Then synch.

"father's folder"

If you want to plug your ipod erase unwanted (daughter's files) files from itunes, and copy paste your folder (which stays on the hard disk) on the itunes. Then sync.

Trust me, this procedure may seem boring and time-wasting but as soon as you understand the philosophy of this procedure you will love it.
This way of handlig ipod is good as well for preventing from losing your files by mistake because your files will always be on your hard disk!

Hope i helped!
Looking forward to hearing from you for further assistance!
