The interlock is going, Ifr you want to repair Unplug machine. open door and remove just the front part of the door seal, theres probably a metal band around it. where the door catch closes you will see two screws, remove these keeping you other hand around the back, behind screws holding the plastic interlock, there will be three wires attached to this or a plug remove these, remembring where they go, and take the interlock to the local shop. they cost no more than 20 pound

Check the pump, machine is probably not emptying.
From the bach remove the middle lower panel.
Pump is to the right, drain any excess water by lowering the outlet hose to the floor and syphen off the water into a bowl.
Isolate the supply.
Disconnect the plug (2wires) from the pump.
The pump has a clip at the base allowing it to be withdrawn.
Unclip the large hose from the drum and remove the pump.
Check inside the large hose for debris, check inside the pump for debris, pump is easily split if required using a TORX screw driver. refit in reverse.

tinaheinleHello
Welcome to fixya.
I'm Huuum and happy to assist you,
You said, ..well this is a solution.....
my roommate unplugged the machine while
it was drying. the start and spin lights were both flashing. I called
the company and they told me to reset it, but the weren't sure how, lol.
I
unplugged it and waiting, nothing. I flipped the breaker, nothing. I
finally turned it to a setting, and turned on nob on the dry, and it
started clicking.
I turned off the dry, and hit the start button, and it started right up...
If the next time you use it and it's fine then you did succeed in resetting the system and will be alright!
Let me know that we were successful!
Please remember to leave a rating before you go!
Thank you

Try cleaning off the two curved metal bars (about 4 inches long) on the inside near the lint filter. They are what senses the moisture on automatic dry. When you use fabric softener sheets, the stuff from the fabric softener sheets can coat the bars, which makes the dryer think the clothes are already dry, and puts the dryer into cool down. (using time dry will also take the moisture sensor out of the cycle, if you'd like) This should be a Fix-Ya for your problem.
