Thomson EX29670 the base is not working properly, the other party cant hear my voice but i can hear them loud and clear.

Try Speaker Phone. If it works, you likely need a new speaker. Like $3 and so easy to replace you won't believe it until you see it!

increase the micrphone volume in the VOIP program you use most likely skype. Also use the audio wizard if your application has one. If you can hear you own voice when you call your cell or a nearby notebook then you have a bad connection and there is no remedy.

if you can not hear your voice your mike is not working well and you should return it and ask for a replament.

There is no way to lower your outgoing volume, just try speaking a bit more quiet when using the phone.

The problem with your phone is that the earpiece on your phone is bad that is why you cannot hear the party calling you or hear anything while you call.

1st check that u voice clear to others if it is clear means u have problem on u r hearing speaker just go and check a samsung care centre is the best

go to control panel and click on sound icon. there you will see speaker and microphone properties check on microphone voice level. if it is very low or mute other party cant listen to ur voice so increase it a bit little. this can solve ur problem

if you cant hear caller voice. do one thing go to gallery and go to voice recorder and record some voice then save that then go to media and play recorded sound if its working means your loud speaker is working but not ear peic means (ear speaker) not working. so then you need to change ear speaker.you can do your self just watch video on online.
