Well exactly this is happened because of a high load which is applied to cpu and the video card so check if u are openening another application while u playing ur perfect game

also another advice is to check the specific which are needed to make ur game works perfectly and compare the required specification with ur laptop specification
another advice is if u are using a windows vista plz remove it and install windows 7 which is better and not making high load as vista make

good luck hope this helpfull for u

Hello,

It sounds to me like the game you are playing is using up all of your pc's available resources. Some games are quite intensive and require a lot of resources to be able to run properly. There should be an option to change the settings for how the game is run with respect to the performance of your laptop. Usually changing the frame rate to a lower setting until the PC runs fine will fix this problem but it depends on what the minimum hardware requirements are needed for the game to run. Let me know if you have any joy with the frame rate settings.

Screen lights up, but no display dell precision m6300, display with external monitor

Hi,

Looks like the LCD screen has gone bad as you are getting the display on the external Monitor.
Try This to run a test to check if it would still work or not:

1. Turn off the Laptop
2. Press and Hold the D key on the laptop and then press the ower button to turn it on..
3. Leave the D key when it starts

This would run the check on the Laptop and if you see the color bars then the LCD is fine, if not then you would need to get it replaced.

Check this article for more info about this test:

Dell precision m6300 battery won't charge.

You say it's a new battery. Is the battery the same EXACT spec? Some aftermarket batteries don't work well with your laptop. The pin-out/connections may be incompatible. That said, in your BIOS is there a "Battery Learning" section.

Screen tearing and system Crash

The graphics card of your laptop is malfunctioning. It has probably overheated sometime and got burned. Because of that, screen issues and crashes appear. Contact Dell about this issue, they might even fix it for free or low price if your laptop is still under warranty.
