Hi, I am getting service error: contact service in my nokia express music phone and the phone will not start. Is there any way to start the phone.

If you know about mobile hardware repair ,you need to make a repair for your mobile hardware.
you need to open you mobile by removing the battery and sim card then remove the cover .then release the nails then release the keypad then the lcd screen then clean the board of the mobile with some smooth brush like a teeth brush then wash the board carefully with thinner (a petrolium product) .but try to wash the electronic parts on the board only without washing the camera.
then dry the board by leaving it for five minuets.then re fix it will work 100%

Not likely, wash and tumble usually means dead phone.

You can try drying it over night with a hair-dryer or on a heater, but most likely you have to go get a new one. :-(
