Your request is unsolveable. Please give us some information to work with and I, for one, will be happy to help. Without specifics, your request is something akin to "Doctor, Fix me" without saying what's wrong.
Unfortunately, the suggestions made so far, though undoubtedly well-intended, do not address your issues because you haven't posted the issues you are having.
Even a general overview of the kinds of problems you are facing would help. Here are some troubleshooting questions to answer:
From these questions we can explore further. Some other useful information to have would be your existing system configuration and software installed.
b) Does the default Windows Logon screen appear with icons for each user account, or
c) Do you see a floating window that indicates "Press Ctrl-Alt-Delete to login", or
d) does it hangup, or
e) do you see the Blue Screen of Death (a blue screen with white letters that indicates that a non-recoverable error has occurred), or
f) something else.
If you have access to the internet, you can download and install a tiny program called BelArc Advisor
it will produce a report of your hardware and software configuration that you could post here for more help.
Trying to reinstall Windows or do a System Restore or a Repair Installation is unnecessary and you could be putting yourself in further jeopardy. Remember that the more information you can give, the easier it will be to pinpoint the problems you are having and the faster we can help you resolve your issues.
Sorry I couldn't be of any more help. I will check back to see if I can be of any more help.
Best wishes,
Jase

Re-install into the same location. You'll lose most installed apps but none of your data. Best of luck.

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!
