Question about Tomtom ONE GPS Receiver
Resetting factory settings does just that it resets the operating system it does not reset or fix map problems
preferences. Obviously you can't do that now.
To do a soft reset on a ONE 530, just hold down the power button for about 15 seconds. You'll see the tomtom reboot and it will play the little drums sound.
You might need to reinstall the application on your tomtom. Refer to this link for help with that: http://www.tomtom.com/support/index.php?…
Be careful when you follow the instructions. Where it says not to delete the folders, it also should say not to open the folders and delete anything.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: I have no idea where
You can google the model number and get some locations for user manuals. One of them is supplied by Retrevo. I don't know if they charge, or how much. Tom Tom support is located at:
They don't list a manual for your model, but the manual for another model may give you all the information you need.
