Generic problem for all PDAs

I have this Fujitsu which 1.5 ghz processor, a 512 sdram, 40 gigabyte hd.
The problem is im having trouble of switching it on. Why is this happening, when i press the power button, the fan of the cpu is the only thats working. But sometimes its easily to open it.
One more thing, it can easily drain the battery, so i turned it on by using the charger.
