iset up my new d ati agp graphics card to take the place of my point of view nvidia agp card after restarting the computer i get no picture on the screen ,and i have to resort to the way it ran best before i placed the new card and my screen is not steady but is moving as the tide BACK AND FORTH

First Remove the agp card fron the machine... after that swithoff and switch on the machine....
press del or F2 for bios save all the bios setup and restar the machine...

Go into BIOS and change to the new card.
