Question about Samsung RB215LASH
Sounds as if your defroster has quit on you. The defroster prevents the ice from building up inside of the unit. It is located in the space between the fridge and freezer. You need the model and serial number of the unit and go to the appliance supply house for the replacement part. Be careful when removing the interior of the fridge as not to crack the inner plastic covering. Also as with any type of electrical appliance be sure to disconnect the power before repairs are to be made. You will also need to shut the fridge down about 10 hrs or so before trying to do repairs as to let the ice melt. Good Luck
