I believe I would sign in providing email and user name if required and click on 'forgot password' if that's an option. If not I'm sure you can get assistance by going thru customer support. Inform them of situation and they should send you a temp password and instructions to change. I hope this helps you.

Note : if you are under Windows 7 , you need to use IE 32 bit ( not the 64 bit version ) , even if your system is a 64 bit . Go fo it on Start / All Programs / Internet Explorer .
