Question about Packard Bell (030069) Sound Card
Hello cf...There is a Service that runs on XP called "Windows Audio", after reinstall this is likely set to start Manually... Setup this to start Automatically ..Make sure the audio device you are useing is set as your default device.....reboot and you should have audio.
