my aspire 4720 is not working, states a disk problem os preventing windows from opening. I have tried everything but nothing works, cant get on at all. Do I really need a new hardrive or is there another solution. any help most appreciated

Did you try reseating rh hard drive by removing it and placing it back in its place?

If not try this and kindly comment.

Did you try a Factory restore of the OS?
