On lg i cant get past or even understand what qr code i need. I have scanned everything but the cat and I have generated at least 100 country.

Well first is the check engine light on. Egr will set a code if it is working or not. Possible cat but could be a front O2 sensor causing the vehicle to run too rich. The best thing is to run a scan to see if there are any codes and they can see if the O2 sensors are work and even check the Mass Air Flow sensor too. Good luck.

No, this is a Laser Scanner. The laser beam can scan the barcode only in 1 direction (1D Barcodes). For QR Barcode (2D) you would need an Imager (Digital Scanner).
