You must check serial number on your TV. Some serial numbers begin with DS1, DS2, DS3, or DS4. Than match your boards. As of now...I don't believe you have the correct board. Thanks for asking, Matt of Martins TV Repair, an authorized Philips Service Center.
The TCON board or the LCD panel is faulty. Can confirm by replacing the TCON board .

In some models of LCD TVS; the backlight inverter will be a part of the panel itself, and will be a built-in type inside the LCD panel. If so, it can't be replaced. In this case; a panel replacement is the only repair.
