Question about Lexmark X342n All-In-One Laser Printer
We've done as we should, replaced the unit, and held the stop button for the required time, but we still get the message saying to replace the unit.
Make sure the front cover is OPEN when pressing the STOP-button for 3sec+. Then close the front cover.
