re:reset On the side of the cabinet near the power switch is a reset button and a SET CLEAR switch. Turn off the system, put the switch in CLEAR and push the reset button with a pointed tool. When the red light flashes and within 10 seconds, put the switch to SET.
I'm hoping you have a programming manual even though you must not have an installation manual.

Mine did that when the drum was getting old and also when the inside of the scanner glass got dirty, Q-tip and alcohol fixed the scanner glass, Yours doesn't have a drum though it has a scanner window. so you just need to open it and find the window and do s little clean up. No more copies of dirty pictures for you though :-)

Your printer is signalling that it is out of ink and that you should put a new ink cartridge in. Without a new ink cartridge it cannot print the pending faxes.
