Not sure if you have Princess Auto like here in Atlantic Canada but Walmart may carry something suitable. Staples as well; believe it or not! Ebay if you have PayPal or can wait a few weeks until it's all set up and you transfer funds from your bank account, takes about a week to get set up so you can but stuff on ebay or anywhere that accepts PayPal. I always look for local stuff on www.kijiji.com and YouTube offers a lot of videos on fixing most everything. Oops, just noticed the wiggle part in your description. Depending on where the wiggling was done the end of the charger cord can be cut apart and re soldered on but if the problem is inside the laptop then laptop will have to come apart and is either soldered directly on the motherboard or is a plug in on the end of a cable connected to the motherboard. YouTube search your device and problem for videos on how to fix this problem.

Try holding the power button down for 10-15 seconds, then release.
Is it possible that perhaps your charger isn't working, and therefor not charging your tablet (and the battery charge is depleted?)

It could be the battery is already on its end of life. Could be, your charger can't deliver enough power to work and charge the tablet. Before you start worrying, please leave the tablet on a charger over night, with everything switched off. Then remove it from the charger and start it. If you keep having the same problem, and you can't check the quality of the battery, start saving for a new tablet. Not worth paying 100 dollar for replacing the battery, if you can buy a new tablet for the same price. If you can open the tablet, check if the battery is still connected correct.
