Hook a set of ac guages to the high and low side of your system and see what your pressures are. ballpark low should be 55 psi and ballpark high should be 350 psi. If off replace inline filter on high side, vacuum system and recharge with specified capacity and check pressures again. check to make sure clutch on compressor engages when you turn your ac on. if no charge in system clutch will not engage

Simply look outside, is the fan blade spinning? If so it is at least getting a signal to run, next go outside feel for heat rejection in the airstream exiting the condensing unit, feel the suction line at the AC unit,(it's the fatter one) It should be beer can cold and wet!
listen to it, and if you have a meter take an amp draw.

My air conditoner blows cold for maybe 15 minutes than warm

Are you using a "very powerful" AC to cool off a relatively small space? The AC has a thermostat, if the return air is meeting set point, the compressor would stop. The fan could still be circulating, hence the perception of warm air. What you should do is don't block the ventilation, and direct the cold air toward the ceiling. The cold air will sink (due to higher density) and create better circulation and temperature mixing.

A/C is not blowing cold air

if the a/c compressor clutch is not engaging, you will never have any cold air. if the system has too much or too little freon in it, that will also mess it up. If system is undercharged, the compressor will short cycle, instead of staying on till the thermostat tells it to disengage. I suspect your problem is in the compressor and that is where i would look first.

HVAC issues - A/C blows semi-cold air and Heater won't turn on

hi! there,
there are possible cause in the circuit is the thermostat, since thermostat switch is like a switch of light, when this turn on blower and compressor turn on,if you turn on and no cold your thermostat
is defective.replace thermostat,if run but insufficient cold was feel check the operating current, there is a rated current you can compare it can tell if your freon charged is under charged, this should be done by certified service technician from your service center, have inform from your manual the telephone no. and location have it call.if still under warranty claim it have a nice day.

NO COLD AIR

If the fan and compressor are both running and no cold air then you’re low on refrigerant,
Thermostatic expansion valve closed or bad , dirty condenser or the valves are bad in the
compressor.
