Question about Televison & Video
Our son has had some problems with noise for a while and seems to have quit working and says it's the color wheel. Understands there could have been a recall but we are unable to find it. Wants to know if parts are available to fix or if it is worth it.
I do not have a model # as this is the only info we have. I just want to try and help to get this taken care of.

Thanks for your help.
It likely isn't worth fixing because the repair will probably cost a minimum or $200 to $250 and a new 42" LCD at walmart.com is only $578. Do you want to put half of the cost of a new LCD into one that will still be out of warranty after you repair it?
