How to change your payment information or cancel your Kindle Unlimited membership.
Click on the Manage your Kindle Unlimited Membership page where you can cancel Kindle Unlimited or update your payment information.
Important: If you cancel a Kindle Unlimited membership that was pre-paid (a gift or bundle), you will not receive a partial refund for unused months and you cannot restart your membership later.
If you cancel your Kindle Unlimited membership, your benefits will remain active until the next billing date. After the billing date passes, you will lose access to Kindle Unlimited content that you have checked out. However, your bookmarks, notes, and highlights within the content will be saved to your Amazon account via Whispersync. They are available if you purchase the book in the future. The pertinent words are " If you don't want to upgrade to a paid subscription, you can opt out at any time during the free trial period from the FreeTime section of Settings on your Kindle Fire or Amazon Fire TV" and "You may cancel your subscription at any time from within FreeTime from the FreeTime section of Settings on your Kindle Fire or Amazon Fire TV."

Log into your AMAZON Account....
Under Your Account....arrow down to Your Kindle Unlimited.....and click on it.....
Go to Manage Your Kindle Unlimited Membership.
Under Manager Membership, select Cancel Kindle Unlimited Membership.
Select, End Membership on (date).

On a computer, not your Kindle, sign into your account and then hover over the hello, name your account and go down to "Your Digital Subscriptions.".
