How do I remove the motor on kitchenaid Diamond blender, removing the coupler?

Put the base back on, determine which way the motor normally turns from the top when running. Drill a hole in the edge flange of the driving coupling. Stick a punch or screwdriver in the hole and whack the punch with a decent hammer to shock the coupling in the direction it normally will be turning. Sometimes it's a few whacks, sometimes a whole lot more but eventually they always come undone. Replace the coupling.

Veritcal yellow line on 50" sceptre tv

The edge ribbon connector may not be connecting (on the inside of the tv). Cure is foam strips between screen edge connecters and inside cover. Or, Memory chip (used to make the picture appear), may be bad. All flat panel tv's use a memory chip to make picture appear (it is digital after all). And if memory chips are bad, picture will have lines, jags etc. But it sounds like you have edge connecter problems. Place foam between inside cover and screen. TV may have been thrown around in shipment, and edge connecters came undone. They're very lightly soldered on some sets.

How do you replace door speakers

You need to remove the door trim to get to the speakers, usually 4-6 phillips head screws then the rest of the panel is held on by plastic clips, once all the screws are out and clips are undone gently tap the bottom of the panel up to get the top edge loose. 2 cables 1 for the lock and 1 for the handle and unplug all electrical connectors,1 for the locks,1 for the windows and one at the bottom for the door light. 4 screws hold your speaker in.

I have a new peavey sp4 speakers and blown up my HF, I NEED HELP OF HOW TO OPEN THE FRONT NET OF THE CABINETS SO THAT I CAN UNSCREW THE HORN?

This is based on MOST cabinets like this: First look for any small screws which are usually through the grille near the top and bottom that retain the grille. When those are removed, one has to pry the grille out of the grooves at the side by dishing the grill outward at the center so edges come inward. There often is a "U" shaped rubber strip along the edges that will need to be put back on before grille is dished and put back.

Note that SOME speakers have a fuse or a polyfuse to protect them from excessive current. If yours do not, consider puttin in polyfuses to protect them. They are available from Digikey.com.

Calculate the hold current based on the pwer rating and impedance. Take the square root of the rated power of the HF divided by the impedance and choose aa polyfuse that will hold that current and one that will standoff the peak voltage of your amps. Calculate that voltage as the square root of the max power of your amp divided by the LOWEST impedance allowed for the amp.

http://search.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?lang=en&site=US&WT.z_homepage_link=hp_go_button&KeyWords=polyfuse

Set the filter to search for "Radial" type package and find suitable rating in the list that comes up.

My 12 L7 the rubber came off the cone and doesnt hit as hard what kind of glue would fix my problem

Hi, Jr.

I'm sorry, but glue will not fix this problem. When the rubber or foam edge of a speaker breaks down or deteriorates because of age, it becomes almost like dust, which is why it cracks and then breaks apart and falls away from the speaker. The only way to fix it (besides replacing the speaker) is to replace the edge, or "surround". At this link, http://www.simplyspeakers.com/All-Foam-Kits_c_118-1-3.html, you will find a kit that you can buy to repair your speaker for about $30. The standard 12" repair kit will work if you have an 'angle cone edge attach' type speaker (see the bottom of the page for a picture of what this means). This page, http://www.simplyspeakers.com/speaker-repair-foam-edge-replacement-instructions.html, will show you step by step how to use the kit to repair your speaker.

Good luck, and please remember to rate my help.
Thank you for the opportunity to help you.

Replace front speakers

its actually pretty easy. just remove the screws on the door panel. dont forget the one in the handle at the bottom. then remove the little triangle cover behind the mirror on the door. lightly pull from the bottom and the door panels pop clips will slowly come undone....once the door panel swings outwards pretty easily just lift up on the panel and it will come off....once its undone you can either remove the harness for the window switches and lock or just let the panel sit to the side still attached. either way works its just preference. then you just remove the speaker and replace with any 6.5inch you would like... reinstallation is the same..

The back plate is definitely snap off. As teodo mentioned, do not pull the entire rubber backing off. On the bottom and sides of the back plater there are two snaps, each directly on either side of the wider ridge along each edge. The top is a different problem. The snaps are on the speaker side and clip onto the bottom of the upper edge of the back panel. To remove the back plate: Start on the bottom of the speaker at the back edge. Pull away the rubber edge carefully to expose the joint between the back panel and the speaker box. Along the center of the of this joint on the panel is a wider ridge. Place a thin flat edged tool on one side of the ridge, pry, then push forcibly until the inner edge of the back plate is apart. Do this to each of the edges on the bottom and sides of the speaker. Don't peel away any rubber on the top side of the speaker. Press your flat edged tool into the joint and lift gently the back plate side of the joint before pushing it out. This will disengage the clips on that edge. If you're looking to replace the batteries, they are 3.5V 5200maH. Take Care

Laminate Trimmer troubleshoot

There are several different bases you can use with this tool. One example swivels so you can trim edges at a variety of different angles. An offsetting base allows you to get into tight corners because the bit is located at the edge of the base, rather than in the center. When working with laminate, this particular base is great for creating a backsplash. You can cut around the edges of a circle with a roundover bit.

JBL spot series speaker not working.

I know this is old but just incase anyone has the same problem. Its proabably the connection from back panel to the internal amp (Inside the sub enclosure). The ribbon cable has the + for the left speaker right at the edge with quite a bit of tension. Over time and with the vibrations from the sub this will bend/pull out slightly and needs to be pushed back on and some hot glue put around the connection to hold it in place.

Thats how I fixed mine anyway.
