It can be due to a faulty water level sensor which evidently is a pressure switch. If the diaphragm is damaged it will require a larger water level to achieve the said pressure to shut the inlet valve in all the cycles.
If there is no water in the wash basket/tub you may have a bad water inlet valve. Try filling with a water mix Hot/Cold will the wash tub will fill and proceed.

NF = No Fill the control board receives signaling for the washer during the water fill cycle. With most cycles the depth of water is around 3.5 inches in the wash basket. I know a Bulky Wash cycle selection will fill the wash tub to a high fill which is about 7.5 inches of water in the wash basket.
Is the washer filling the machine with any water? Do you hear water entering the machine? If you are doing a cold water fill and there is no or very little water in the wash basket with the NF error code. Try a Warm or Hot fill and see if the machine will fill and start the wash cycle.
Assuming you are doing cold water wash loads. You could have a water line block at the inlet screen or a failed cold water inlet valve which will not open. Try the above and let me know the results..........Rich
Did your clutch pulley use the upper One-Way Bearing ring? What are the first two digits of your Serial Number of the machine? What is the history of the Clutch install? Did the unbalance issue continue right away with the new Clutch Install? How much rust did you find on the Clutch Pulley and the Upper One-Way Roller clutches bearing ring if used?Any Pic’s of the old Clutch Pulley? If you shut off the water source valves to the machine and release the top the washer so you can lift the washer top and observe the wash basket rotating CCW at 50 RPM during the water fill part of the wash cycle. Start a quick wash cycle and lift the washer top to observe the wash basket rotation CCW. The wash Basket will rotate CCW at 50 RPM. You can go into Service Mode and observe on the LED console FAV6800A machine. Not sure about the FAV9800A LCD flavor of the machine. Do the tumblers rotate slightly during the water fill part of the cycle? The machine may error out with NF for No Fill don’t worry about that I just want to determine if the tumblers are rotating during the CCW/Spin direction of the wash basket. You may have to put some dry laundry in the wash basket to help with the observation.
That is not normal. Usually this happens because of a faulty inlet valve or because of a faulty control/timer board. The inlet valve is tested first and eventually replaced.
If the valve is ok , then proceed in testing the timer board.
yes it is the problem replace the water inlet valve
this is done by removing the top you will see the valve that the fill hoses connect to
make a diagram of the connections so that you get it right when you reassemble the unit
