Mold grows on dishes in bosch dishwasher
We recently purchased a Bosch stainless steel dishwasher and have been disappointed. Mold grows on the dishes inside after sitting unwashed for one to two days, and many dishes have mold all over them even after running the dishwasher. We didn't have any of these problems with our previous dishwasher, over 20 years old. It seems as if the dishwasher doesn't vent properly. Smells horrible immediately after opening it up.

Put a bowl filled with 2 cups of clorox on the lower rack and run a wash cycle (nothing else in the machine) this will kill the mold spores in the machine, and clear the smell.

your dishwasher isn't heating up the water for cleaning. i had this problem last year. you likely have a burned out solder connection on the circuit board
